Jeff Rubin, O.D. is an optometrist who is certified and specializes in medical eye care, including ocular disease, refractions, contact lens fitting, double vision correction and post surgical care. Dr Rubin received education in Manhattan at the State University of New York College of Optometry, where he received his doctorate in 1993.
